From Dust to Digital

A purpose-driven laptop donation & refurbishment campaign

From Dust to Digital is a purpose-driven laptop donation and refurbishment campaign by the Computer Guardian Foundation.

collect, refurbish and donate working laptops to underprivileged students.

Every device we revive becomes a tool for learning, opportunity and change. We partner with community organisations, schools and volunteers to identify students, repair machines, and ensure each device is ready for study — securely wiped, tested and handed over with training and support.

How Project 100 works

  1. Donate. Drop off working or repairable laptops at our collection point or arrange a corporate pickup.
  2. Refurbish. Our technicians repair, clean, and securely wipe data from every device.
  3. Select recipients. Students are chosen through community partners and schools based on need.
  4. Handover. We host a public handover ceremony and share stories and footage across our channels.
  5. Impact report. Final results and partner recognition published regularly.
