You can fill out the Donate a Device form on our website to register your donation. We’ll guide you to drop off your device, schedule a collection, or arrange courier delivery. Please ensure the device powers on and can be refurbished.
We accept working and refurbishable laptops. Even if the battery or screen is faulty, our technicians can often repair or repurpose them. Devices that can’t be refurbished responsibly go through our e-waste recycling program to ensure proper disposal.
Students from registered institutions — universities, TVET colleges, and training centres — are eligible to apply. Priority is given to those demonstrating financial need, academic dedication, and community involvement.
Absolutely. Before refurbishment, all devices undergo a secure data-wipe process following international standards to ensure your personal information is completely erased before redistribution.
Refurbished laptops are tested, preloaded with essential learning tools, and distributed to qualifying students. Each recipient signs a pledge to use the device for education, personal growth, and community betterment.

No, students do not pay for awarded laptops. Devices are provided as part of the Foundation’s outreach initiatives. However, applicants must submit all required documents to qualify for selection.
We believe in transparency. Donors receive periodic updates and impact stories showcasing how their contribution helped students gain digital access and continue their education through Project 100.
